3. Refunds
Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, timelines may vary:

- UPI/Wallets/Net Banking: 3–7 business days
- PayPal/International Transactions: 7–14 business days
Important points:
- Shipping charges, handling fees, or cash-on-delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
- If a cancellation request is accepted before shipping, the full order amount will be refunded.
7. Store Credits
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive store credits which can be used for future purchases at SnapBaskett.online.
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- They cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or extended beyond their validity period.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons (change of mind, size/color preference, etc.), the customer bears the return shipping charges.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service and keeping proof of postage. SnapBaskett.online is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
9. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be approved in the following cases:
- Returned product is used, worn, washed, or altered.
- Return request made after the 14-day window.
- Items purchased under “Clearance Sale,” “Final Sale,” or “Non-Returnable” tag.
